1. Service & Product Delivery
Digital services and assisted care programs are activated as per the selected package.
Physical products (if applicable) are shipped within 6 working days from the date of order confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be raised before service activation or shipment.
Once a service has been activated or a product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 6 days from:
The date of service activation, or
The date of product delivery, whichever is applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 6 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
