1. Service & Product Delivery

  • Digital services and assisted care programs are activated as per the selected package.

  • Physical products (if applicable) are shipped within 6 working days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be raised before service activation or shipment.

  • Once a service has been activated or a product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 6 days from:

    • The date of service activation, or

    • The date of product delivery, whichever is applicable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be applicable for:

  • Services already fully delivered or consumed

  • Delays caused due to incorrect user information

  • Misuse or non-compliance with platform guidelines

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products (If Applicable)
